For most vehicles, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license. There are no other special requirements are needed to drive.
Note, some outfitters may have a higher age minimum for rentals.
To rent a Slingshot, you must be 21 years of age.
To rent an Indian Motorcycle or Pontoon, you must be 25 years of age.
If you will be a driver of the vehicle, you are only permitted to carry minor passengers if you are at least 25 years of age and the Parent or Legal Guardian of the minor passenger. You may only carry the number of passengers for which the vehicle was designed, minor passengers meet the riding requirements, and only carry passengers who have signed the waiver agreement.
The subscriber must require every passenger to wear proper safety equipment and a seatbelt.
